Purpose of Role:CC Performance & Process Improvement
Call Centers (Responsible for)
KPIs
Periodic Analysis / Inputs on GPI WD wise TS performance
Finance related - Billing / TS Incentives
Infrastructure Performance (Uptime)
Degree of Control on the below mentioned parameters
RCP
TS Capability
Training
QC
New Pilots (Suggestive Ordering etc.)
Experience
Minimum 1 Year as Process Owner / 2 Years as TL in a Complex TS process
