Job Description

To deliver a consistent and effective training to new joinees and current employees, keeping in line with the company Way

Major purpose of the job:
Meeting company’s service –Training Skill norms as set in the “Train the Trainer”.
Meeting & exceeding company’s service training norms on training quality & effectiveness as set in the “Training Process Manual.
Delivering effective training to consistently improve “return on training” by ensuring higher & better graduation scores of all trainees, induction as well .

Desired Candidate Profile
Need only female candidate. Ability to understand and operate CS Systems, basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience in telecom, hospitality, or retail industry.
