Job Description
Need to handle recruitment process for Punjab, HP, J&K, Haryana & Chandigarh.
Need to maintain the generalist profile equivalently.
Report directly to the BM & indirectly to the RM-HR.


Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be young, firm & matured in behavioral competencies.
Should have an exposure of recruitment (50%) + Generalist (50%).
Preferred candidate with a MBA (HR) degree.
Should know how to work in a team.
